New thing on the schedule for today! Bikram yoga! I bought a two month pass for just $38 on Google Offers and am starting up today. I fully expect to be hugely challenged and hope that I don’t hate it. I think this could be great for posture, general (core) strength, and injury prevention. Maybe even some brain-calming.
We shall see.
Other plans: run more and sign up for a trail run race and train for a backpacking trip. (Not totally related, but I do think that running is probably a good thing to do in preparation for a big hike.)
Soon… Decide if I’ll do an Ironman in 2013!
